LUXURY VINTAGE

 

All of the products listed on out website are vintage, pre-owned or renewed vintage pieces. This means that all of those items are second-hand and usually have some traces of use but we never offer products that are in any way destroyed. 

Please note that natural signs of wear are normal for vintage, pre-loved, and reworked garments and accessories, and please read an item description before making a purchase. Feel free to ask us about extra information or photos. 

Ciao Kasia is not affiliated with any of the brands mentioned or sold. 

Colors on the screen of your device may differ from the actual colors of the garment.

 

Please note that we video record packing for quality assurance and for the proof purposes.

 

 

AUTHENTICITY



We authenticate all of our products! Some of our items come from the official vintage wholesalers in Milan and Paris that guarantee the product's authenticity. However, we always double-check everything from stitching to fonts, sometimes even using special AI tools like Entrupy. Even though Ciao Kasia was founded recently, we've been in vintage businesses for years now and we ourselves have great expertise in this field :) If we had any doubts about the authenticity of our product we would never put it on the website. However, please note that we are not associated with any of the brands we are selling.

 

 

CONDITION

 

Please keep in mind that all of the items we sell are either vintage or pre-loved so they always carry some inevitable traces of time and use. 

 

EXCELLENT - No visible signs of wear. Items may have minor traces of passing time or the slightest signs of wear but they are only noticeable upon very close inspection. Those items look almost brand new.  

VERY GOOD - Minor signs of wear but not visible while wearing. These items can have some discoloration, pulled threads, etc. but overall, they are in great vintage condition.

GOOD - Signs of wear can be noticeable like e.x. loss of the shape, pain chips, leather creasing, and discolorations but not necessarily visible while wearing. You can easily say that these items have been used but they are still well preserved and can serve you for a very long time.

FAIR - These items have some serious signs of use that can be noticed while wearing. For example severe loss of shape, stains, ripped leather, etc. You will NOT find these items on Ciao Kasia website. 

POOR - These items not only carry severe signs of use but are also destroyed in some way. You will NOT find these products on Ciao Kasia website.  

 

SHIPPING

 

We currently offer free domestic shipping and paid international shipping.

You should receive a tracking number if you provided us with your email address.

 

DELIVERY TIME

 

We use Standard and DHL Express shipping.

DHL Express shipping usually takes from 1-4 days after being shipped depending on your location, standard shipping can take from 7 to 30 days depending on location and local policy.

We try to ship orders on the same day but please allow 48 hours processing time.

Please note that some delays may occur dute to holidays, country's policy or any unpredictable events. If you're worried about your package, please send us an email or DM us on Instagram. 

Ciao Kasia is not responsible for a package after it was handed over to the courier, however, we will still assist you if necessary.

We are not responsible for duties and additional shipping charges incurred upon delivery and will not accept returns or issue refunds to customers on orders that were not received due to unpaid duties.

If the item cannot be delivered and is returned to Ciao Kasia, the customer will be responsible to pay to have the item re-shipped. If the customer fails to pay for the re-shipping, the refund cannot be issued.

If the item returns to Ciao Kasia due to the unpaid customs / duties, the refund cannot be issued. Item can be re-shipped to the customer after the customer has payed the re-shipping costs.

Ciao Kasia is not responsible for any damaged and missing packages. Buyer will be responsible for filing any subsequent shipping claims with the shipping carrier and/or insurance company.

Shipping costs and additional duties imposed by local authorities are non refundable. 

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

 

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return an item within 5 days of receiving it - no exceptions. In order to do so, please first email store@ciaokasia.com before shipping the item, providing the reason for the return. The refund will be issued once we received the item (in an original packaging) and once we inspected it. The item can't have any signs of use (perfume, body odor, discoloration, ripping, etc.).

Please note that we video record packing for quality assurance and for the proof purposes. 

The client who wishes to return an item is responsible for all the delivery costs and any additional costs upon delivery. Ciao Kasia is not responsible for any issues related to the courier selected by the client.  

Please make sure prior to purchasing that you read the product description thoroughly, review images, and double-check measurements and condition. Feel free to reach out to us if you need any additional information prior to purchasing.
