Refund policy
Returns
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return an item within 5 days of receiving it - no exceptions. In order to do so, please first email store@ciaokasia.com before shipping the item, providing the reason for the return. The refund will be issued once we received the item (in its original packaging) and once we inspected it. The item can't have any signs of use (perfume, body odor, discoloration, ripping, etc.). The client who wishes to return an item is responsible for all the delivery costs and any additional costs upon delivery. Ciao Kasia is not responsible for any issues related to the courier selected by the client.
We are not responsible for duties and additional shipping charges incurred upon delivery and will not accept returns or issue refunds to customers on orders that were not received due to unpaid duties.
Damages and issues
Products listed on our website can have signs of use but are never damaged.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We may require a photo from you in order to prove the damage.
Exchanges
We do NOT offer exchanges.
Refunds
In case your item is damaged:
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
