Stunning vintage Blumarine dress from the Spring-Summer 1999 collection (see the photos below), adorned with floral appliqué, ribbons, and beads. First layer is made of a see-through mesh fabric decorated with tiny "mirrors" that glisten and create a polka dot pattern. The cross-neck neckline and a slight cowl neck accentuate the collarbones, creating an elongated and classy silhouette.
