WHY THE ICON?
When the fur cardigans were introduced by Blumarine in the 90s they immediately became a brand's staple. The most popular versions of this trend included the cardigan & skirt sets and the twin set. Nowadays, the set is so closely associated with the y2k style that it even appeared in the Euphoria series on Maddy Perez (played by Alexa Demie). Blumarine also released new versions of the famous cardigan with eco fur in 2021 f/w collection with prices around 950 euro for the cardigan alone.
