Best fits international S. The tag says IT 40 (M) but it definitely runs small. Could also fit a person size XS. Photographed on mannequin size S-XS. Stretchy.

The fabric is see-through, however, it's rushed which makes it almost fully opaque.Â
Excellent vintage condition. I haven't noticed any signs of use. However, it's a vintage piece so it may have some minimal signs of use like loose threads. The dress looks almost like new.
